At Nalpac, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase by offering a straightforward and efficient return process. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Nalpac account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original product packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA confirmation email inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our centralized returns processing center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
